I founded the Rarewell campaign to fundraise, raise awareness and empower rare disease patients living in Hong Kong. Our work has included creating a rare disease website and resource directory, hosting a special Rare Disease Day event at Ocean Park, producing a music video to advocate for rare disease patients, and implementing a sticky note campaign to educate students across Hong Kong about rare diseases. Organizing these activities has been very rewarding, and Rarewell's momentum continues to grow with new initiatives that I am currently planning, including an upcoming charity run in December. I hope that I can help contribute to building a stronger support system for Hong Kong's rare disease community through Rarewell.
